To enable IT to migrate JFK’s internet firewall to a new platform, there will be no internet service at JFK Medical Center from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. on Monday, February 8, 2021.
During this downtime, JFK will not have access to HMH resources, including internet dependent applications and services as well as browsing. This downtime will affect applications such as Epic MyChart, email, LAB, PeopleSoft, ACR Triad, CSATS, POS systems, Cerner and others.
