During workflow review, team members from Wave 3 campuses worked with the Epic application team to compare their workflows to those in the production Epic environment. Together, they identified any gaps or differences and confirmed clinical or operational transformation opportunities, aligning with the current system design.

These sessions involved Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and providers from across the facility.
When will we find out what changes are happening to our department workflows?
Key workflow changes are summarized and provided to the participants of each session. Front line users will have an opportunity to learn more about these changes as we prepare for training, update policies/procedures and complete scheduled Epic department demos.
