Current Drug Shortages for Raritan Bay Bayshore Riverview and Southern Region

Last Updated: February 26, 2020 There is an ongoing issue with shortages of specific medications for hospitals in the southern region as well as Raritan Bay, Bayshore and Riverview medical centers. These supply problems have caused Hackensack Meridian Health to substitute other products or use different dosage forms or strengths of the unavailable medication. In order to preserve our very limited supply, please use alternative agents whenever possible, reserving these medications for patients with immediate clinical needs. Currently, there is a nationwide shortage of the following drugs:
